Role: Production Support analyst
Cognizant is looking for a Production Support analyst in developing customized product for our clients. The role is expected to drive technology discussions and analyze the current landscape for gaps in addressing business needs. Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership/best practices to enhance our current services and technologies.
An ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, collaborative environment. Someone that values the “team” and leverages the opinions and expertise of their teammates to deliver quality.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Effective Communication and Execution, Experience in Client Focus and working in Collaborative Relations Project Management.
• Data Analysis and Reporting.
• ITSM IT Service Management and Design Pattern Tools.
• Resource should have hands on in debugging the production issues and identifying the root cause.
• Propose solutions to the recurring issues.
• Monitor the production applications and work on improving the application availability.
• Production support experience will be an added advantage
