Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Real Estate Manager to join our team in Phoenix!

Some things you can expect to do:

• Lead the disposition process for assets sold.


• Create and maintain asset values for long term holds.


• Supervise vendors and tenants.


• Develop financial budget.


• Maintain expense controls, financial reporting, and risk management.


• Manage the leasing process and CAM pools.


• Own the financial and variance reporting process.

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of real estate management experience, and a bachelor's degree in business, economics, real estate, or related area of study. You will have basic accounting/financial knowledge, excellent verbal and written communication skills and a helpful attitude when interacting with building occupants. Must have an advanced level of understanding with MS Word and Excel.

• Are working towards or have one of the professional designations: CCIM, CPM, or RPA.
