HELP DESK MANAGER
Horizon Industries Limited (HIL) is a dynamic IT and Management Consulting firm based in the Washington, DC area. We are currently seeking a Help Desk Manager for a part-time position remotely, supporting our client.
Job Description:
The Help Desk Manager is responsible for managing all help desk operations. This person will monitor, support, and perform computer processing. In addition, coordinates responses to trouble reports.
Required Skills / Experience:
