EisnerAmper LLP, a premier accounting and business advisory services firm, seeks a Marketing Manager to join our team. This position can be located in the New York, New Jersey or Philadelphia office and will be the strategic and operational backbone for the marketing efforts of selected focused industry groups of our Firm.
The ideal candidate will contribute to the growth of the company by identifying services and markets, suggesting sales strategies and approaches, and measuring the results of all marketing efforts associated with selected industry groups.
Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager is responsible for:
Developing the practices' mid to long term strategic goals
Creating the marketing strategy and drafting the growth plan and budget
Overseeing all marketing activities and campaigns
Working collaboratively with in-house marketing specialists, field and industry marketing representatives, and business development professionals throughout the country in growing the brand and executing programming across markets
Monitoring competition and competitive trends
Advising industry leaders on client and market trends, and identifying potential for growth
Coaching practice leaders in support of their business development goals and personal brand enhancement
Trending lead closure/loss rates and adjusting strategy to achieve goals
Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop engaging, content-based promotional and thought leadership materials
Managing the marketing budget and working with location marketing leaders on budgetary needs
Determining and monitoring KPIs on all marketing activities and expenditures
Basic qualifications for the opportunity
5+ years of progressively more responsible positions in marketing, preferably in a similar industry or a professional services firm
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
Demonstrates knowledge of effective marketing strategies in the professional services environment
Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to influence and motivate colleagues at all levels
Experience with marketing measurement techniques and tools, and communicating and reporting results of marketing programs to industry leadership team
Ideally, you'll also have
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Well organized with a customer oriented approach
Extensive experience with MS Office, particularly excel, as well as other marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, etc.)
This role can be located in Iselin NJ, Philadelphia, or New York.
