EisnerAmper, a rapidly-growing, leading audit, tax, consulting and advisory firm, with 1,900 employees and over 200 partners across the country is in search of a Director of Audit Innovation. This newly created position offers and excellent opportunity to be part of a collaborative leadership team, lead and build a culture of innovation and play a key role in transforming the way audits are conducted. Director of Audit Innovation will ultimately report to the Partner In-charge of Audit.

Responsibilities

• Develop a future audit innovation vision with clear quantifiable goals and objectives


• Work collaboratively with the AICPA's Dynamic Audit Solution team in developing and implementing effective change management over the roll-out and integration of the in-development audit tool.


• Establish and execute on protocols governing the evaluation, review, and approval of audit innovations.


• Lead cross-functional projects and teams in ensuring successful project development and integration into our audit methodologies.


• Develop and document processes to define and apply a standard methodology for all audits.


• Reporting to the Leadership Team on the progress of audit innovations and progress against future vision over time.

Basic qualifications for the opportunity

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field


• 10 + years of experience working for a national, public accounting firm


• 8 + years of external audit experience.


• Experience in designing, developing and implementing technology-driven innovations.

Ideally, you'll also have

• CPA


• Master's Degree


• PMP Certification
