Overview:

Provides patient care by organizing and conducting medically prescribed programs in order to achieve maximum potential. Displays treatment skills practicing within the scope of Oklahoma Practice Act and in compliance with all rules and regulations with National Board and governing bodies in the State of Oklahoma. Promotes growth and development of department by assisting in special projects and/or coordinating activities in patient care programs.

This is a Flex Occupational Therapy position located at Mercy Rehab Hospital South

Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital Oklahoma City South, is a 36-bed rehabilitation hospital located in the southern part of Oklahoma City at 7900 Mid America Blvd. Our rehabilitation hospital provides care for patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries and other conditions.

Qualifications:

Education: Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
Licensure: Current Oklahoma license for Occupational Therapy or eligible for Oklahoma licensure.
Certifications: Registration or pending registration by National Occupational Therapy Certification Board required. Certification or pending certification by State of Oklahoma Division of Professional Registration Office Health Care Providers. Must be CPR certified.
