Description of specific Duties in a typical workday for this position:

* Updates and maintains Information Security policies, standards, procedures, and other related documents

* Performs and documents information security risk assessments

* Identifies and supports business information security requirements

* Deploys and monitors a wide range of technical security controls

* Drafts and disseminates Information Security operational metrics and management reports

Position Requirements:

* 5 years of experience updating and maintaining Information Security policies, standards, procedures, and other related documents

* 5 years of experience performing and documenting information security risk assessments

* 5 years of experience identifying and supporting business information security requirements

* 5 years of experience deploying and monitoring a wide range of technical security controls

* 5 years of experience drafting and disseminating Information Security operational metrics and management reports

* 5 years of experience with NIST Cybersecurity Framework, Center for Internet Security Controls, NIST Risk Management Framework, NYDFS Part 500, Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council Cybersecurity Assessment Tool, Financial Services Sector Coordinating Council Financial Sector Cybersecurity Profile, and other relevant industry frameworks and guidance

* A bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, or a related technical area
