The Reason

Our Investor Relations group is the face of our company to the Capital Markets.  It is a critical partner to our C-Suite to articulate  and manage the investor landscape and the factors that drive value over the long term.

this is a remote role with a requirement for attendance at quarterly meetings in NYC.

The Role

Specifically:


  • You will be a critical member of small but highly visible investor relations team;

  • You get to create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties;

  • There is critical management of equity research and investor relationships to be mastered;

  • You will develop the annual investor relations strategy including identifying optimal institutional investor targets, executing an engagement strategy, and analyzing the shareholder base;

  • You optimize competitive intelligence to ensure that we are identifying key differentiators from an IR perspective;

  • Your day will include the analyzing of sell-side analyst reports and the tracking of consensus estimates;

  • As well you will manage the quarterly earnings process including cross-functional, business review, and related meetings;

  • Your expertise will be called upon for the development of external materials including earnings releases, scripts, presentations, Q&A, supporting documents, C-Suite preparations and executive briefing materials for investor meetings conferences and road shows;

  • Your process optimizations skills and abilities in data excellence will emerge to manage interesting and relevant content on our IR website.

You Bring


  • A minimum of eight years of experience, preferably with 4 years of IR/sell-side within Investor Relations in an in -house corporate role or a role within Equity Research or Investment Banking or other relevant Investor Relations role;

  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the capital markets as well as a thorough understanding of key metrics for companies in the industry and a strong understanding of SEC laws and securities disclosure and filing requirements;

  • Deeply skilled with financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors coupled with strong experience analyzing financial statements and competitive benchmarking;

  • Super user of MS Excel and PowerPoint;  experience with FactSet and Nasdaq IR;

  • University Degree preferred; MBA and / or CFA highly desirable.
