Job Requirements:



  • Generate additional sales in assigned territory

  • Be primary point of contact and build long term relationships with customers

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and primary stakeholders

  • Analyze the territory, develop, execute and monitor sales programs

Qualifications:



  • 3-5 years sales experience, HVAC preferred

  • High School diploma, Degree Preferred

  • Demonstrated performance history in HVAC sales and new market development

  • Equipment, Parts & Supplies and Light Commercial HVAC experience high preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence

  • Excellent listening and negotiation skills

  • Highly motivated self-starter

  • Strong business/problem solving skills, high sense of urgency and strong communication/interpersonal skills

  • Prior work experience in sales or marketing is a plus

  • PC literacy required
