Qualifications:
3-5 years sales experience, HVAC preferred
High School diploma, Degree Preferred
Demonstrated performance history in HVAC sales and new market development
Equipment, Parts & Supplies and Light Commercial HVAC experience high preferred
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence
Excellent listening and negotiation skills
Highly motivated self-starter
Strong business/problem solving skills, high sense of urgency and strong communication/interpersonal skills
Prior work experience in sales or marketing is a plus
