Job Description Summary

Responsible for GOS training planning, communication, and execution. Includes:
-Training platform design, implementation, administration, and maintenance
-On-going needs analyses and gap analyses
-Collaboration with employees, leaders, and project teams to develop and deliver training content
-Ongoing assessment and management of training delivery methods and effectiveness

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:


  • Ensure GOS team members are trained on applications, processes, and systems.

  • Collaborate with employees, leaders, and project teams to develop and deliver training content in areas for technical and soft skills.

  • Perform gap analyses to understand needs for new training content and improvements to existing content.

  • Perform needs analyses for all levels of employees to understand technical and soft skills necessary to be effective.

  • Manage training content development using internal and external resources.

  • Monitor and review progress of trainees by developing questionnaires, analyzing responses, and recommending solutions for performance improvement and potential areas of training to management.

  • Maintain knowledge of (and research new) training technologies and methodologies in workplace learning to improve the efficiency of training services.

Qualifications:


  • Degree in business, learning and development, or equivalent experience.

  • A minimum of three years of related learning and development and/or property management experience.

  • Experience working in commercial real estate industry preferred.

Work Environment

This job operates mostly in a virtual office environment. May be required to travel up to 15% of the time. Travel may vary in frequency and duration.
