Your Role

The Backend Enrollment Product team Manage product lifecycle, from establishing shared vision with business stakeholders on priorities and requirements to product delivery & operations . The Product Owner will report to the Sr Manager of Operations. In this role you will partner with resources within the Product Team to ensure all enhancements and incidents are resulted timely and accurately You will manage the requests that come in to ensure the requirements are clear and allow the development and QA resources to manage work volumes to that they are completed as expected with minimal backlog.

Your Work

In this role, you will:


  • Determine and analyze KPIs at a product level to establish experience success, failures and next steps through iteration

  • Conduct secondary market research

  • Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria covering multiple user-types

  • Utilize tools for basic analytics to inform product decisions and show measurable outcomes of product releases

  • Utilize and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to continuously drive product improvements

  • Write and review detailed user stories and acceptance criteria covering multiple user-types.

  • Write and breakdown epics independently.

  • Utilize product management tools to create, manage, and prioritize agile team backlog.

  • Leverage product area SMEs to lead and educate others of product and departmental goals

  • Utilize tools for basic analytics to inform product decisions and show measurable outcomes of product releases








Your Knowledge and Experience


  • Requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, public health, or information technology

  • Requires at least 5 years of experience in product management consulting or entrepreneurship

  • Ability to create and deliver clear and compelling presentations to the appropriate audience

  • Strong communication skills - clearly convey status, notes, and next steps through written and verbal communication for the appropriate audience.

  • Knowledge of Facets

  • Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships across departmental teams, with the development team, and internal and external stakeholders for the success of product outcomes.
