The Recruiting Coordinator is an essential member of the Recruiting team who will effectively collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders to ensure an exceptional candidate experience. This fast-paced role consists of opportunities to gain invaluable recruiting experience, become a thought-leader in streamlining processes, and develop change management strategies via new process implementations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Being the steward of interview scheduling and agendas by liaising with administrative staff, managers, and recruiters to ensure a smooth and exceptional candidate experience.


  • Managing the Recruiting Team ticket queue by partnering with the recruiting team and other partners to provide quick and accurate responses


  • Handling tasks in Workday that are related to the hiring of candidates


  • Maintaining the recruitment process for all Postdoc Associate hires including any visa requirements


  • Handling all candidate travel by booking flights and hotels, processing miscellaneous candidate travel expenses, and reconciling monthly travel expenses (if needed)


  • Supporting our initiative for early career scientists by working closely with our campus recruiter.


  • Provide ad hoc support for recruiting events


Experience and Required Skills


  • Bachelor degree preferred


  • One to two years of professional administrative experience preferred


  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.


  • Proficiency in Google suite - Calendar, Sheets, Slides, Docs, Drive, etc.
