As a High-Volume Clinical Recruiter, you will serve as a talent ambassador focusing on recruiting the best in healthcare & growing our portfolio of quality partners. RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Leverage local knowledge to propose & implement a sustainable recruitment strategy focused on identifying, screening & hiring top healthcare talent.

  • Partner with hiring managers & HR Business Partners & local schools to understand particular needs & formulate recruitment strategies.

  • Reviews/analyzes resumes & applications, interviews, identifies top candidates, schedules candidates for interviews, assist hiring managers in selecting candidates, conducts reference & background checks.

  • Strategize ways to recruit candidates through social media websites, attending events, & other innovative campaigns.

  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences throughout the interview process with an emphasis on building trust & engagement with timely communication & follow through.

QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Minimum 3-5 years clinical recruiting experience - RN, LVN & MA's & Allied positions.

  • Technically Savvy with recruiting sources; Indeed, Zip, LinkedIn, social media and additional creative resources.

  • Results-driven, disciplined, resourceful & tenacious self-starter.

  • Excellent oral & written communication skills & customer service focus.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers.

  • Demonstrated skills in managing complex client & candidate relationships.

  • Detail oriented & ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to interact with all levels in the organization.

  • Ability to adapt to changing environment & strong problem-solving skills.

  • Naturally competitive with yourself, but collaborative with others.


Remote position but qualified candidates must be located in PST, preferably California.
