Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivatedSenior Marketing Coordinatorto join the firm's award-winning marketing team in Raleigh, NC. To be successful in this role, you should have 7 or more years of marketing experience in an AEC firm and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related degree.The ideal candidate will have well-rounded capabilities in written communication and graphic design including knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• 
  Proposal Development - Coordinates and manages the preparation of marketing proposals, submittals, and qualifications, which involves writing and design production. Ensures that all aspects of proposal and other marketing materials are accurate, timely, and compelling.


• 
  Marketing Communications -Works with Principals and other internal customers to develop support materials, brochures, mailers, press releases, advertisements and other collateral.


• 
  Marketing Plan Implementation -Work with others in the marketing department to develop and implement group level marketing plans.

Qualifications

Skills/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field


• Minimum of 7 or more years' experience


• Strong project management skills


• Strong team skills, yet able to work independently


• A positive attitude


• Exceptional writing and editing skills


• Ability to think creatively
