Duties & Responsibilities:
Be proficient in product knowledge to assist the customer in buying decisions
Support management team in control operational costs
Actively anticipate operational risks and create solutions and/or preventative measures
Assist Area Managers with MORA inspections
Play a key role in achieving operations goals set by the management team
Assures compliance with the Safety and Loss Control Program
Manage customer files
Support delivery and warehouse personnel with day-to-day activities and duties
Other Competencies:
Ability to self-manage, show initiative and be proactive
Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing to coworkers and customers
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience
Strong computer skills
Physical Demands:
Must be able to remain in stationary position 70% but also be able to move about, inside and outside the office.
Will need to be able operate office and warehouse equipment
Assist on deliveries when needed.
Must be able to communicate with team and management and be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
Mental Demands:
Must be able to problem solve and prioritize tasks
Must be able to manage stress depending on tasks
Must be able to multitask
Must be able to receive and analyze financial information
Must be able to quickly communicate solutions if problems occur
Must be able to demonstrate a high degree of sound judgement
