Job Description:

Grow your career within Macquarie Asset Management and join our Marketing Services team as a Project Manager to drive the timely delivery of marketing collateral supporting monthly & quarterly product updates. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across the organizations to generate ideas and content to grow and retain existing assets. You will manage the content, quality, and accuracy of all assigned projects.

In this position, you will plan and coordinate all aspects of marketing projects from initiation through delivery. You will perform competitor analysis, build and maintain data in approved marketing automation templates, and provide editing, proofreading and quality control for both word-based and data/chart-based materials. You will manage marketing assets in customer-facing digital platforms, including responsive service to global sales and investment teams.

To excel in this role, you will have strong communication skills, a detail orientation and a keen ability to identify process improvements while maintaining your flexible, responsive, and customer-focused nature. You will easily navigate changing priorities, meeting deadlines, and fulfilling client requests with your demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will assist in the creation and interpretation of performance analytics to drive ongoing support for marketing initiatives and manage the process for submitting and tracking submissions to Compliance and Legal while adhering to industry regulations.

You have a background in:

• 1+ years experience in a marketing project management role, preferably focusing on Financial Markets and Investment Products in a corporate marketing department, ad agency or service bureau.


• Sales, distribution and wholesaling best practices and understanding the needs of financial advisors


• Seismic's marketing automation platform,


• Workfront, or other project management software,


• Admaster Compliance, or other Compliance advertising review software
