The Decentralized L&D Administrator position administers the GO 101 courses and all DLD field training. This position supports the DLD program by editing and modifying the training materials and manuals. This position also analyzes the GO class participants' pre- and post- class financial results and provides Operations and the DLD team with post class competition financial results. This position supports the DLD team with field training by arranging logistics, proofreading the training deck, and preparing the training video.

Descriptions

* Analyzes the GO class participants' pre- and post- class financial results, and provides Operations and the DLD team with post class competition financial results. Provides Operations leadership with information on their associates' progression through the GO course and their performance.

* Designs the DLD surveys to solicit feedback on GO 101 courses and field training. Administers the surveys, analyzes the data, and presents results to DLD leadership.

* Edits and modifies training materials and manuals for the DLD leadership team. Prepares critical announcements for DLD leaders. Prepares the training video for field training.

* Serves as administrator of Decentralized Learning & Development program, coordinating GO 101 classes at the Support Center and GO training agendas and logistics in the field. Coordinates training schedule and promotion of learning sessions.

* Coordinates and collects input from Subject Matter Experts on potential changes to training courses or materials.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or related field.

* Minimum three years of experience in business administration, Learning & Development and/or Operations, preferably in a retail/hospitality operations environment


  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint preferred

* Successful completion of annual store training.
