Description/Job Summary



Under the direction of one or more Managers of Financial Planning & Analysis, the Financial Analyst will assist with the development and management of budgets and forecasts, analysis of program financial results, and assurance of timely and accurate month and year-end financial closes.? The Financial Analyst will ensure that all accounting functions are accomplished for assigned programs including journal entries, program funded invoicing, credit card administration, and remote bank reconciliation (if applicable).

Responsibilities/Duties




  • Maintains the data integrity of Tagetik system. Develop reports and support divisional DFO's, EVP's, Analyst and the Shared service groups related to Tagetik.

  • Supports the preparation of the annual corporate budget and quarterly forecast, including the gathering of necessary data and development of supporting analysis

  • Assists with the analysis of current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, labor and operating expenses

  • Provides monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reporting and analysis

  • Monitors the annual capital budget; administrator of capital budget requests; provides associated reporting


  • Supports Shared Services Directors in budget development and forecasting

  • Analyzes and reports Shared Service Cost Center activities



Required Experience



1-3 years of related experience

Required Education



Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
