The Naval Nuclear Laboratory (NNL) has an excitingopportunity to start your Human Resources career. We're seeking a recent or soon to be college graduate with a Human Resources degree to join our HR team. The successful candidate will provideprofessional support in one of ourHuman Resources Centers of Excellence including HR Operations (including Labor Relations), Talent Attraction and Employee Experience, Total Rewards, and Process & Information Management. You'll have the opportunity to participatein the development, implementation, and communication of Human Resources policies and procedures and partnerwith business operations to meet strategic organizational goals and objectives.

Required Skills

Associate:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related degree from an accredited college or university

Intermediate:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of two years relevant experience; or


• Master's degree in Human Resources or related degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of one year relevant experience

Preferred Skills

• Recent, 2021 or 2022 graduate


• HR internship experience


• Project management skills


• Excellent verbal and written communications including developing and presenting presentations


• Effective teaming skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate with others


• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, multitask and adapt to change

The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is operated for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) by Fluor Marine Propulsion, LLC (FMP), a wholly owned subsidiary of Fluor Corporation.
