US and International Trade Management Associate at Macquarie Global Services

Job Description:

An exciting new opportunity has arisen in our New York office within our Market Operations team to join the Equity Trade Management team.


This team works in a middle office capacity and provides operational support to the Cash, DMA, Program Trading, and Transition Management trading desks across the US market, Latin America, Asia and Europe.


Using your first class interpersonal skills you will ensure both internal and external clients are satisfied with their level of service provided by this team.


Your organizational excellence and attention to detail will be utilized as you ensure the appropriate controls and procedures are in order to ensure the products and positions are maintained in a controlled environment with minimal Operational Risk.


You will use sound judgement to make routine decisions and know when to seek assistance when dealing with more complex situations and how to present those situations with a proper analysis. You will then consider the appropriate recommendations to enable the best decision and outcome.


If you have 4 years + experience working within a middle office function, with strong comprehensive knowledge of trade flows and settlements, along with experience using Fidessa, Syn, CDB, and Concorde then we would like to hear from you.
