Location Director

We are looking to welcome a new Location Director to lead our North Atlanta Branch. As the Director, you will be responsible for oversight of team members and the execution of day-to-day functions. You will partner with your Area and Regional leaders to create and meet KPIs that ensure financial and clinical success for your operation.  

Schedule: Monday – Friday, occasional after-hours and weekend work may be required 

Location: Aveanna Altanta North Branch

Compensation: Competitive base salary, plus monthly incentive, Cell Phone Stipend, Mileage Reimbursement

Director Duties:  


  • Plan and implement branch growth strategies

  • Interview and hire staff as needed and approved by supervisor with emphasis on recruiting the best qualified candidates.

  • Staff development including orientation, in-service education and continuing education.

  • Assure appropriate staff supervision during all service hours.

  • Assure evaluation of each employee annually and establish goals for the upcoming year. Monitor employee progress towards established goals.

  • In collaboration with our Clinical Department, conduct intake interviews with new client families

  • Thorough review of financial statements, activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement

  • Oversight of internal billing and collection efforts to generate clean claims

  • Incident Management/Issue Resolution

Qualifications:  


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, College Degree a PLUS. 

  • Proficient in English, Bilingual a PLUS. 

  • Home Health experience a PLUS. 

  • 2-3 years of Management experience, preferred

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, proficient in Word and Excel. 

  • Team player, organization skillset and ability to multitask.
