Standardise and Deploy for Exemplary Results Through SPS & LEAN


  • Support the animation of the SPS at entity level to become part of their DNA
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the SPS
  • Design, evolve, deploy & manage standards, methodologies and tools, exploiting the best practice process through leveraging the network of Subject Matter Experts (SME's)

Challenge Performance Across all the Supply Chain Performance Domains


  • Identify & quantify potential stakes existing on global performance through Workshops:

    • Conduct Workshop and VSM to identify opperunity in Labor productivity, Energy, Space and Lead time optimization.

  • Collaborate with Cluster lead and plants to create shared improvement roadmap with Plant / DCs to achieve the targets and consolidate the same at regional level
  • Challenge & support the entities to co-deliver targets : DLP, lead-time, organisational efficiency, internal process capacity & on-time delivery ...
  • Consolidate SC Performance KPI's across the region and report the same.

Train & Coach for Sustainability


  • Develop the competency referential for Operations Management, Methods & Maintenance & Supply Chain Performance functions
  • Transfer the necessary skills through "training whilst doing" to grow and sustain competencies
  • Contribute to build, with GSC academy, an efficient training offer & where necessary deliver the training ensuring a consistently high level of knowledge transfer

Deliver Innovative Breakthroughs


  • Capture precisely the needs and participate in the search for solution.
  • Identify & Deploy Digitization opportunity to improve efficiecy of Plant/DC's.
  • Anticipate new technologies(Automation,Robotics etc) & methodologies & their associated skill requirements.

DETAILED ACTIVITIES


  • Coach & Conduct Lean Diagnosis from an End-to-End point of view (physical flow, surface, LT, DLP, equipment efficiency, MBC efficiency)
  • Support Plant/DC to drive Tranformation projcts by mentoring and leading the projects (Solve Business Problems).
  • Conduct Trainings to improve compentancy in SC Performance domain (LEAN Expert, LEAN Fundamental, KAIZEN, VSM etc)
  • Challenge, Consolidate & support the yearly improvement roadmap at site, cluster and regional level by working closely with Cluster LEAD and plants/DC.
  • Challenge DLP (Gross and Net, including NPV, NPH and Hourly Rate), LT, internal process capacity and organisational efficiency results and action plan execution.
  • Facilitate & Setup review governance mechanism with entity and management on projects to achive productivity target.
  • Participate in SPS audits in factories and Distribution Centers (Process & People Domain)
  • Organise the yearly SPS audit plan (Consolidate SPS Plan for Region)
  • Follow-up the adherence to the standard process to monitor the animation of SPS with Plant CI community.
  • Support the entities in the deployment of SPS standards and processes like (LADM,VSM,MPH,SIM,Ergonomy, MTM, SIM etc).
  • Propose evolutions to the SPS referential to the Global SME Based on regional SME Input.
  • Capture Good Practices from region, cluster and global entities and send them to the Regional SME and support to deploy the same.
  • Support and ensure the deployment of Best Practices in the entities
  • Use workshops, kaizens, diagnostics and events in the sites as an opportunity to train the local teams (teach how to do it, rather than doing it
  • Contribute to enrich and keep updated the training offer, in relationship with Learning & Development team (creation of new elearnings, etc)

This job might be for you if:


  • Minimum of Bachelors degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business or similar discipline
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in manufacturing environment focusing on LEAN implementation
