Technology Deployment & Adoption Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Robert Half's corporate office is seeking a Technology Deployment & Adoption Manager to join the Business Transformation Department.

Specific responsibilities include:


  • Partner with various IT teams to ensure operational and technical readiness for the new business technology solutions

  • Owns tactical analysis of socialization requirements to impacted customer groups

  • Supports gathering and analysis of objectives, recommends value add statements, conducts product and application research, and defines use cases for effective deployment and user adoption

  • Supports evaluation activities and proposal of appropriate business technology solutions

  • Owns tactical execution of the evaluation/feedback mechanisms, and implementation of improvement feedback from customer groups (to enhance product usability and user adoption) during pilot and enterprise rollouts

  • Facilitates planning and owns tactical execution of field user acceptance testing, and deployment of on-premise and Cloud-based products, Business Transformation solutions and mobility programs at all tactical levels

  • Collaborate with Business Transformation and IT teams to provide input on new business requirements for enhancing or developing enterprise technology solutions

  • SME to weigh in on the tactical analysis and documentation of different options for various business technology solutions as well as help to identify, define, and present alternatives to solve business problems and proposes business processes and procedure modifications as needed, to meet evolving business requirements

  • Draft training scripts, create technical demo videos and collaborate on customer facing communications to ensure technologies are clearly and accurately explained to users’ enterprise-wide

  • Brainstorm with developers and product managers throughout lifecycle of product to ensure all products meet business requirements

  • Assist with User Acceptance testing for both Business Transformation pilots as well as large scale technology rollouts

  • Act as a liaison between RH field/corporate customers and the IT group(s) throughout the development and product lifecycle to act as the voice of the customer in representing business requirements

  • Educate/train Field Training Managers, Practice Group VPs and Technical Support on new/enhanced technologies prior to rollout

  • Collaborate with Product Managers on product requirement definition and feature identification

  • Collaborate with IT/Marketing groups to uncover areas of opportunity to improve tools/features to aid RH customers in working more efficiently and ultimately driving revenue

  • Facilitate online technology-based Webinars for field and corporate employees, designed to raise adoption and awareness of new technology tools and resources

  • Owns work intake processing, ensuring timely process completion

  • Responsible for new work request prioritization

  • Owns tactical planning and successful execution of team workstreams, tasks, initiatives, and operations

  • Guides completion of all documentation for workstreams, initiatives, and ongoing operations

  • Responsible appropriate & timely communications to all stakeholders, users, customers, and vendors

  • Responsible for the gathering and reporting of appropriate metrics for all aspects of team activity

  • Owns creation and management of all team operational policies and procedures

  • Owns team-specific process creation, documentation and training, and compliance monitoring

  • Guides, mentors, trains & advises all team members on tactical execution, as needed

  • Assists with strategic team management

  • Collaborates with field teams and field leadership to deliver successful deployment programs for Robert Half's long-term strategic goals

  • Partners with and assists Learning &  Development, IT, Business Transformation product / project teams and other corporate partners to / for:

    •  Ensure (own) that all appropriate training and training material is identified & delivered to all stakeholders

    • Tactical identification and management of issues & risks related to training & adoption approach

    •  SME to provide recommendations for effective training / learning / rollout approach

    • Monitoring, and reporting of user adoption for assigned applications (new business technology solution), business transformation initiatives and/or mobility programs globally



  • Contributes to vision & strategy for product deployment and adoption within RH

  • Owns tactical planning and needs analysis of deployment approach for assigned application (new business technology solution), business transformation initiative and/or mobility program

  • In partnership with the Learning &  Development/Field Training Managers (FTMs), Executive Directors/Practice Group VPs, Business Transformation (BT)  and IT teams, and other corporate business partners, responsible for tactical coordination and development of overall deployment plans to support Front and Back Office execution.  Deployment plans include communication, change management, rollout processes and training / learning approach of new business technology solutions.  Support adoption of various RH technology / mobility tools.  (Requires influence and relationship building skills)

  • Owns tactical aspects of international considerations

  • Owns tactical internal and field customer relationship & interaction

Qualifications:


  • BA/BS or Master’s Degree:  Business, or related area

  • 2+ years of experience supporting/deploying an enterprise business system

  • 2+ years of experience facilitating training / change management programs, or equivalent business experience

  • 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role with proven ability to deliver

  • Prior field Staffing experience preferred but not required 

  • Salesforce (Intermediate to Expert)

  • MS Office Suite, intermediate knowledge of MS Excel & OneNote, MS Project and intermediate project management skills

  • MS Teams (Intermediate), MS Visio (Basic), SharePoint (Intermediate)

  • Presentation software such as PowerPoint, Prezi, or Keynote; eLearning platforms

  • Subject matter knowledge in a related practice group

  • General knowledge of web applications

  • Ability to understand technical issues and impacts for support purposes

  • Extensive in-depth knowledge of multiple enterprise applications 

  • Working knowledge of management processes related to enterprise level applications

  • Various system development and project management methodologies (agile, PMI) preferred 

  • General understanding of the technical support/processes of the business applications and platforms

  • Understanding of upstream and downstream interface interactions

  • Project Management Cert (PMP; or demonstrate equivalent knowledge and experience)

  • Ability to interact and communicate with customers of varying levels of expertise

  • Communicate technical information to non-technical users

  • Ability to communicate business process to technical resources

  • Ability to create basic process flow diagrams or flowcharts and create thorough documentation

  • Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles

  • Superior facilitation skills and conduction of training and meetings

  • Knowledge of business systems software and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

  • Ability to develop, manage, and work from a project plan, meeting established deliverables and timelines

  • Execute based upon directions from senior team members

  • Adaptability and demonstrates good judgment

  • Ability to assess risks and escalate as needed with recommended action(s)

  • Ability to travel
