The primary focus of this role is to develop, facilitate and communicate Ent.com strategy, roadmaps and game plans, and manage execution of digital marketing projects in coordination with 3rd party vendors and internal staff for (but not limited to):



  • Drive prospect and member engagement, lead development and conversions on Ent.com with ongoing site experience improvements, UX enhancements, funnel development and optimization

  • Driving site findability through SEO/SEM strategies management, including local listings

  • Content marketing strategy and execution, including Yext Answers / Knowledge Graph management

  • Leverage data and testing for effective optimization across on-site and off-site traffic driving measures,

  • NCUA and ADA Compliance

  • Support marketing campaign execution and site content edits

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Drives prospect and member engagement, lead development and conversions on Ent.com with ongoing site experience improvements, UX enhancements, funnel development and optimization. Manages and develops strategy, planning, and vendor relationships for all Ent.com experiences and systems. Manages and aids in implementation of updates, improvements, and additions to Ent.com via the Episerver CMS in coordination with internal marketing staff, and third party designers, developers, and vendors. Provides direction to maintain voice, brand image, and strategic execution to align with corporate goals.

  • Develops SEO / SEM strategy, works with third-party vendors and internal staff to implement both on-site and off-site SEO strategies. Is responsible for the monitoring and performance of vendors managing SEO, paid search and display network campaigns. Manages all local listings online, including Google My Business and Yext.

  • Provides marketing campaign support within Ent.com and consults on best means to execute on the site with marketing colleagues. Approves website updates, features, and coordinates launches of updates with 3rd party vendors on Episerver taking into consideration legal compliance, NCUA requirements, and ADA compliance.

  • Orchestrates the development of policies, procedures, and best-practices for Ent.com, SEO, Content Marketing, and Local Listing management.

  • As needed on an individual basis and business needs dictate, manages a team of individuals: Delegating responsibilities, supervising, hiring, training, motivating, and coaching employees.

  • Manages the administration and contract execution of the Digital Marketing technology stack.

  • Other duties as required

Minimum formal education required for this position:


Knowledge consistent with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field of study.


Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of “Knowledge Consistent with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and 2+ years’ of accounting experience” could be substituted for a High School Diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting work experience or a Master’s Degree in Accounting and 0 years of work experience.


Minimum work experience:


4+ years’ of experience in Digital marketing


1+ years’ in a supervisory or team leadership role


Technical or specialized knowledge/skills:



  • Demonstrated knowledge of user experience best practices, online funnel development, testing, measurement and strategic planning of enterprise level Web Design / Development projects.

  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills, with great comfort in public speaking, presentation development and facilitation of decisions across role types, including strong executive presence.

  • Strong project management skills for juggling multiple simultaneous projects: history of delivering high-quality results with aggressive timelines.

  • Experience managing and leading a team.

  • Demonstrated experience and in-depth knowledge of SEO and SEM techniques and strategies.

  • Experience with various marketing technologies and website CMS’s.

  • Demonstrated content marketing experience, leading online content strategy.

  • Experience managing multiple digital marketing vendors for Web Design/Development, SEO, SEM, and Content Marketing.

  • Website Compliance / ADA experience.

  • Strong understanding of grammar, high attention to detail for spelling, and understanding of good quality writing/editing.

  • Strong understanding of consistency in brand voice, image, and quality.

  • (Preferred) Experience with the complexities of a Financial Institution and NCUA requirements in regards to online presence.

  • (Preferred) Experience with Episerver CMS.

Environmental, physical and psychological requirements: 



  • Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time in a climate controlled environment. Must be able to use fingers, hands, wrists for repetitive tasks such as typing, using a mouse, handling paper, and operating a telephone.   Demands for visual and auditory acuity are typical of an office environment. Must be able to interact via email, telephone, or in person with diplomacy, tact, and courtesy with all members under varying circumstances. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Salary range for this position: $59,321.60 - $77,854.40 (S16) This position is eligible for an annual corporate bonus based upon performance
