J.P. Morgan Chase is seeking a talented individual for the position of Sr. Associate - Content, Documentation & Communication Lead for our Commercial Real Estate group for Digital Banking. The role will have responsibility for the designing, executing and managing the technical and non-technical content, end-to-end digital product focused documentation and all product & roadmap communications. An ideal candidate has a background of managing the above for complex transformation projects in a fast-paced environment. The ability to form strong relationships with stakeholders, coach and facilitate progress are essential in this role. We are a lean team, so your work will range from big thinking to digging into the details. The role will work with, and have accountability to the Executive Director - Strategy, Operations & Communications for Digital Banking within CRE.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop content for select digital banking products for CRE products working closely with cross-functional partners from discovery through delivery.
Create, maintain and facilitate adoption of learning content related to Product releases, internal and external platform onboarding and team learning content.
Collaborate with product teams in creation of iterative content and document prototypes
Specific responsibilities include creating reusable content, document and communication templates, process and strategy plan across product releases and in coordination with product design and development teams.
Serve as a content lead for CRE product technology-related activities and materials across both internal and external audiences ranging from written editorial to video to copy development for external sites
Lead a content and communication portfolio in a collaborative and fast paced environment, including ensuring team structure and governance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with thorough knowledge of the English language, grammar, spelling, punctuation and usage
Proven ability to distill complex information into easy-to-understand terms
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
Experience adhering to documented standards for brand and copy, including style, voice, and tone

Qualifications:
3-5 years of total professional experience including leading design, content and communication portfolios.
Demonstrated track record of success in leading large and complex cross functional, cross organizational initiatives amidst ambiguity and change.
Direct and in-depth experience leading content, document creation and communication strategies to enhance and expand product team capabilities of an organization.
Proven experience leading content strategy in a matrixed organization

Degree in Management, Finance, Engineering, Design Arts, Computer Science or in a related discipline
