RH is seeking a Buyer for our Fabric Goods & Upholstery Manufacturing Department. This associate will maintain the data necessary to generate the procurement of materials as well as collaborate with cross-functional Partners, Leaders and Business Units to drive results.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain data within a homegrown ERP system (Filemaker Pro database)
Require understanding of the Bill of Material structure
Set up end items, component items and necessary BOM's
Generate JIT Purchase Orders for Fabrics, Leathers, Frames, Frame Components and Cushioning
Ensure data accuracy of PO's (open orders, receipts, etc.) within ERP system
Work with Corporate Partner Planners, Corporate Customer Service, Vendors, and Internal Departments
Generate a variety of inventory related reports
Perform other duties as may be assigned

OUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift/move heavy fabric rolls and upholstery frames (potentially, up to 100 lbs)
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms
The employee frequently is required to talk or hear
Ability to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, or crouch
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
