ATI is a global manufacturer of technically advanced specialty materials and complex components. Our products support diverse markets and industries such as aerospace and defense, oil & gas, electrical energy, medical, automotive, and other industrial markets.

We are currently seeking a HR Program/Project Manager at our Employee Resource Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We offer a flexible work policy that includes the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule from home and from the office. This is not a 100% remote opportunity.

As part of our high-performing and contemporary HR team, the HR Program/Project Manager plays an integral role translating business objectives to technical requirements and leading project management activities, including defining project scope, identifying resources and budget, establishing timelines, and defining clear measures of success.

A key aspect of this role is data analytics, creating dashboards, and completing data analysis to measure effectiveness of key HR programs. You will also identify trends that provide insight into performance and work to ensure effective data management practices.

While being responsible for the delivery of HR project activity, you will partner with and work collaboratively with the HR Business Partner and Digital Technology teams. A successful HR Program / Project Manager is able to effectively blend knowledge of HR process and best practices with a clear understanding of project management to deliver projects successfully.

Additional Responsibilities


* Lead HR projects and programs, with a particular focus on process and product transformation
* Create and owning the HR Project plan and ensuring key milestones are identified and met on time and within budget
* Identify and implement initiatives to further optimize HR programs and processes
* Drive timely execution of desired project outcomes.
* Partner with HR and HR Systems teams to design future processes and solutions.
* Define a clear vision for end-to-end processes that enhance HR process optimization and delivery.
* Define test strategy, test plans, and test management framework for user acceptance testing.
* Recommend change management to ensure understanding and acceptance of new processes.
* Conduct post-project evaluations for continuous improvement.
* Develop operational policies, processes, and capabilities within the function.
* Coordinate the review process with HR Business Partners and file reports to ensure compliance (e.g. EEO-1, VETS-4212 and AAP) with federal, state, local regulations and ATI policies and procedures
* Lead the process of annual HR budget preparation and administration including providing regular spend updates.
* Participating in special projects as assigned

Basic Qualifications


* Bachelor’s Degree
* At least 5 years of experience in Human Capital Management and exposure to broad HR capital functions such as: talent acquisition, payroll, reporting, total rewards, talent management
* At least 5 years of HR project management experience including data management analysis and presentation

Preferred Qualifications (in addition to Basic Qualifications)


* Project Management Certification
* Lean Management Certification
* Experience with HR Systems (ADP)Experience with UKG & Cornerstone OnDemand
* HRIS implementation and / or upgrade experience

Skills


* Ability to logically and efficiently structure ambiguous problems, identify sources of data, conduct complicated analysis, identify key insights and recommended actions.

* Able to simplify complex problems, processes, or project into component parts, explore and evaluate them systematically
* High level of attention to detail, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
* Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
* Proficient in Microsoft Office products
