Job Summary

Under general direction from the OE leader, the OE and Change Project Manager will be responsible for partnering with OE colleagues in facilitating change management and OE projects/initiatives to ensure successful end-to-end project initiation, development and execution.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES - what you will be doing:


  • Project planning and scheduling (identify resources, identify key stakeholders, develop work breakdown structure and timelines, identify dependencies, risks, issue tracking and reporting), in partnership with OE and Change colleagues.

  • Development of project specific output such as process redesign and documentation, KPIs, business requirements.

  • Monitoring, controlling, and reporting (manage project plan; identify milestones reached; identify problems or issues; update project plan; manage documentation & status reports; conduct meetings, set agenda, document action items and provide updates).

  • Coordinate multiple projects to ensure consistency and efficiency in strategies and execution.

  • Develop collaborative and communicative relationships with stakeholders.

  • Perform out-of-the-box thinking, collaborate with others, and make a difference every day!

  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS - what you need to perform the job

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience required.

  • PMP certification or equivalent training and experience.

EXPERIENCE (minimum years required):

  • 3 + years of experience managing medium size, cross-functional projects and applying project management principles.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:


  • Demonstrated excellence in project management.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving, and process management skills and ability operate under tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, Powerpoint, Excel andTeams.

  • Resilient, collaborative, flexible, innovative.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, active listening skills and business writing skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal business partners.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-paced and challenging environment


WORKING CONDITIONS AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS (include special requirements, e.g., lifting, travel):


  • Must be able to work under normal office conditions and work from home as required.

  • Work may require simultaneous use of a telephone/headset and PC/keyboard and sitting for extended durations.

  • May be required to work additional hours beyond standard work schedule.
