Job Description:


The Sr Analyst, Identity & Access Cyber Security Administrator is responsible for the day to day activity of access provisioning and deprovisioning ensuring access is appropriate for individuals requiring access to technology resources VIA INTERNAL/external user base of banking applications. ensuring access is granted, modified, removed in a timely manner, adherence to POLICIES, CONTROLS and standards within company and industry standards where focus is providing oversight to manager on all provisioning initiatives and projects assigned.

high level responsibilities include:



•Inactivity monitoring

•Oversees Access granting, modifications and removal ticket processing

•Annual Access Certifications reviews

•Annual inter-department transfers reviews

•Non-active account reviews

•Onboarding of applications

•Offboarding of applications

•Assist to manages contracts with vendors

•Assist Oversees team of analyst

•Provides support and guidance to analyst

•Resolves issues with escalations with technical and Service Desk teams

•Ensure processes and procedures are running smoothly and escalate when they are not

•Collaborate with development teams to improve/automate processes where needed.







•Proven experience as an Identity and Access Consultant

•Through knowledge of Network and computing a +

•Knowledge of IT risk and controls I. e Sox, Soc1

•Leadership and organizational skills

•Ability to manage multiple projects

•Outstanding communications skills being able to talk to all stakeholders big or small

•Able to work with multiple teams across the globe

•Look for trends in provisioning to see where processes can be improved

•Troubleshoot and support IAM tools such as Active Directory and Azure, Privileged Access Management

•Prepare and maintain application procedures and periodically review them for any changes in processing

•Participate in Audits and other compliance assessments or activities as needed

•Coordinate with Cyber Security teams to ensure solution assurance and compliance to security policy, procedures, standards and security configuration when needed.

•Provide metrics when requested to indicate how the function is doing
