Review and analyze new hire and employee background reports ensuring that all regulatory and JPMC policy standards are met based on established criteria
Manage data validation issues, perform issue resolution research and follow through to obtain necessary information to maintain compliance standards
Accurately document and data enter information into JPMC systems as employee data and/or status changes occur
Communicate with internal employees, external candidates, recruiters, and other staffing areas regarding statuses
Perform outbound calls to individuals who have not fulfilled requirements to discuss and request supporting documentation; assisting in the decision making process of determining one's eligibility for access and/or employment
Analyze submitted documentation to determine whether it supports background report
Manage workload effectively while ensuring a high quality standard on each review
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adhere to strict daily deadlines
Successfully complete comprehensive training program on all work streams
Provide ad ditional support within department as necessary
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
1-3 years relevant work experience
Attention to detail and strictly adhere to standard operating procedures
Ability to learn systems and work independently
Ability to investigate, ask questions, and collect various information to make sound decisions
Must be able to handle confidential data in a sensitive and secure manner
Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively to deliver timely and accurate work in tight timeframes
Strong analytical skills with the ability to review multiple sources of information to determine accuracy
Good interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Strong Microsoft Office Skills - specifically able to filter and sort in Excel (pivot tables a plus)
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle and resolve employee data related issues
Must be able to effectively manage through peak volume periods
