RENTAL FLEET EQUIPMENT COORDINATOR/TRUCK DISPATCHER: Responsibilities will include processing of all rental calls, both customer calls and internal and maintaining rental inventory to provide maximum utilization and customer satisfaction. Successful candidate will coordinate maintenance needs and keep the inventory in “rent ready” condition. Will be responsible for ensuring rental invoicing is accurate and punctual.
In addition, candidate will also be responsible for coordination of the used equipment inventory. These duties include but are not limited to setting up folders for all used equipment, updating tandem with specs and pictures, coordinating repairs with the shop, keeping accurate paperwork to ensure movement and location of the inventory, work closely with Used Equipment Manager and Territory Managers in delivering equipment in a prompt time frame and that equipment meets or exceeds customer’s expectations. Dispatching and coordination of haul trucks and all other duties assigned by Management.
Must be computer proficient and well versed in Word, Excel and other “Office” software. The successful candidate will be required to learn inventory management software. Applicant must be able to work with limited supervision and have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to work overtime as required. This job may require heavy lifting (i.e. installing LPG tanks, forks etc.)
