We are looking for Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developers to join our growing development teams. As a Senior PL/SQL Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing the PL/SQL packages for meeting client requirements. In this role you will also be leading a team of PLSQL developers comprised of both onshore and offshore resources.

**Position will work remote, but candidates based in Atlanta, GA, Washington DC area or Lansing, Michigan preferred.

Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, deploy and maintain SQL, PLSQL packages for large-scale projects using hybrid agile, iterative SDLC methodology.
* Write and execute unit test cases for the PL/SQL stored procedures/packages
* Debug, optimize and performance tune SQL, PLSQL packages for improving performance
* Work with java developers to enhance code base of PL/SQL packages to fix production issues and/or build new functionality.
* Support Software Quality Assurance team to develop complex test scenarios
* Participate in code reviews and ensure the code written complies with CNSI's standard and best practices and provide improvement feedback to developers
* Use SVN version management to manage various versions of the procedures and functions of the application.
* Review Linux shell scripts and make necessary changes required for the process.
* Perform gap and impact analysis of system software for change requests
* Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area

Experience/Preferred Skills Required:
* Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
* Demonstrated experience in PL/SQL, Object Oriented Analysis and Design, creating database tables, views, medium to complex stored procedures, triggers and functions.
* Experience in SQL performance tuning using Cost-Based Optimization (CBO), Profiler, Explain-plan and has sufficient knowledge on AWR
* Experience withData flow diagrams, Data dictionary, Database normalization theory techniques, Entity relation modelinganddesign techniques. Expertise in Client-Server application development using Oracle 19c
* Working knowledge in relational databases and concepts, preferably Oracle.
* Good knowledge of logical and physical Data Modeling using normalizing Techniques.
* Experience and knowledge of version control and defect management tools.
* Domain knowledge of Medicare/healthcare verticals and MMIS experience in Medicaid - Provider and Claims module are strongly preferred.
* Experience with Federal and State government preferred.


* Highly organized with analytical and reasoning skills to troubleshoot and solve problems
* Ability to handle multiple projects and collaborate with a variety of teams
* Ability to use reasoning to troubleshoot, solve, and escalate technical problems.
* Knowledge of SharePoint applications, MS Teams and Jira preferred
