Requirements:

*Minimum of a BS in Occupational Therapy, Masters preferred

*New York State licensed as an Occupational Therapist

*BLS certification required or obtained within 3 months of hire

*Experience with children, young adults and Geriatric population preferred.

Duties:

*Qualified Candidate will perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations.

*Plan and implement Occupational Therapy Programs for patients referred by appropriate medical staff.

*Assist with the with supervisor of support staff.

*Opportunities for experience in inpatient, outpatient, and acute rehabilitation arenas.
