Mission:
Quantum Research is currently seeking a Database Analyst/Manager to support our Huntsville, AL location. The candidate will support USASMDC, Army, USSPACECOM, USSTRATCOM, JFCC-IMD, and Joint Space Mission planning and capability development.
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and conduct meetings and briefings. The contractor shall prepare briefings and supporting material to enable discussion, analysis, and decision best.
Utilize existing planning and analytical tools, primarily the Joint Space Tactical Planner (JSTP), to optimize the deployment and maximize the effects of space capabilities in support of real-world Combatant Command operations and generate reports and associated analytical products.
Support USASMDC, Army, USSPACECOM, USSTRATCOM, JFCC-IMD, and Joint Space Mission planning and capability development.
Maintain the accuracy and currency within the analytical database to enable effective evaluation.
Provide the full spectrum of daily operational support to USASMDC and JFCC-IMD plans and operations. Analyze, evaluate, develop and review current and future IJSTO planning and operational coordination requirements as the Army service component command to USSPACECOM and USSTRATCOM.
Review, analyze, and support the ongoing concept of operations (CONOPS) development and mission analysis. Analyze, evaluate and provide input to the development of USASMDC and JFCC-IMD supporting operations plans (OPLAN) / contingency plans (CONPLAN), with specific attention to the IJSTO annexes.
Attend exercise planning conferences and other IJSTO related exercise meetings.
Analyze each Service's and Combatant Command's space capability into other Combatant Command's space areas of interest and analyze to build graphical displays.
Data-mine Target Development Lists for hardware and signal trend analysis,
Track and analyze J2 updates to their Target Development List to initiate the periodic process for database updates.
Conduct database reviews and evaluations in real-time during global analysis modeling of signals to provide feedback for database updates and corrections.

Education:
A BS degree in a related field from an accredited institution and five-plus years of relevant experience. (4 years of additional experience may be in lieu of degree)
Clearance:
An active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required to perform this work.
