We are seeking compassionateDirect Support Professionals/Residential Counselorsto work directly with these individuals in one of our residential programsin MA
Now offering a $1000 sign-on bonus for schedules with 30+ hours per week or $75 sign-on bonus for schedules below 30 hours per week.
$16/Hour PLUS - additional wage incentives for direct care shifts.
Schedules include full-time and part-time day, evening, and overnight shifts.
Responsibilities -
In this role, you will help our individuals live fulfilling and independent lives with dignity and respect by:
Assisting with activities of daily living (toileting, bathing, nutritional needs, etc.)
Supporting inskill developmentand mastering
Participating in community integration
Aidingin behavioral interventions and medication dispensing (training provided)
Partaking in theimplementationof IEP/ISP objectives and documenting progress
Qualifications -
Previous human services/behavioral experience strongly preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Valid driver's license and at leasttwoyears of driving experience
