We are seeking compassionateDirect Support Professionals/Residential Counselorsto work directly with these individuals in one of our residential programsin MA

Now offering a $1000 sign-on bonus for schedules with 30+ hours per week or $75 sign-on bonus for schedules below 30 hours per week.

$16/Hour PLUS - additional wage incentives for direct care shifts.

Schedules include full-time and part-time day, evening, and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities -

In this role, you will help our individuals live fulfilling and independent lives with dignity and respect by:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (toileting, bathing, nutritional needs, etc.)




• Supporting inskill developmentand mastering




• Participating in community integration




• Aidingin behavioral interventions and medication dispensing (training provided)

• Partaking in theimplementationof IEP/ISP objectives and documenting progress

Qualifications -

• Previous human services/behavioral experience strongly preferred




• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong verbal and written communication skills




• Valid driver's license and at leasttwoyears of driving experience
