Manage, coach, and develop team of buyers, expeditors, and supervisor(s) in multiple locations in a fast paced NPI environment
Ensure material supply of new design parts meet Pilot build requirements
Achieve SLA's for fast paced RPM program to meet aggressive requirements for both engineering and Pilot schedules
Course correct staff processes when they deviate from achieving key SLA's
Evaluate accurate headcount to support current and forecasted volumes
Champion changes that drive greater efficiency and effectiveness in meeting internal customer needs
Work cross-functionally to establish R&R for purchasing related tasks
Drive cross-functional teams to solve process issues impacting Pilot performance
Work upstream with engineers and program managers as well as downstream with the warehouse, logistics and manufacturing floor to ensure customers' deadlines and needs are met
Develop GEO strategy and manage execution plans
Minimum Qualifications
BA,BS/BSE level degree in business, supply chain, engineering, materials science, logistics or related technical discipline
Two+ years' directly managing others
Previous work experience in commodity management, procurement, contracting, materials management, operations management
Additional required skills include leadership skills, strategic thinking, attention to detail for everyday tactical execution, and excellent people and presentation skills.

Project Management / Team Lead experience
Lean six sigma experience
