Johnson Truck Bodies, a Great Dane Company, is actively seeking an Aftermarket Parts Salesperson to join our team! Located in Rice Lake, WI since 1932, Johnson Truck Bodies is well-known nationally for manufacturing refrigerated truck bodies and Trail King Trailer transportation equipment. 
 

We have a position available for an individual to join our Aftermarket and Customer Service Team. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Generate/process parts orders and quotes received by internet, phone, and email. This may include assisting with after hour calls Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.


• Research bill of materials and prints.


• Customer Service


• Assist with warranty coordination, technical repairs/trouble shooting, and maintaining parts pictures and pricing on website. 

Requirements:

• Must be computer literate.


• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel. 


• Experience in Mapics is preferred, or the ability to learn/understand the programs. 


• Requires being able to manage multiple priorities.


• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
