As a Principal Program / Project Analyst, you will be responsible for leading and supporting next generation digital programs. As a member of the Project Management Office (PMO) team, you will lead and assist new product development teams through design, development, and commercialization of innovative products within the Diabetes business.

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


  • Oversees, manages, and supports all operational aspects of ongoing projects.

  • Serves as liaison between cross-functional team members (R&D, Product & Quality engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, Regulatory, HF, Clinical, Operations / Supply Chain) focusing on the delivery of new or existing products.

  • Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving.

  • Directs day to day activities for multiple workstream teams.

  • Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.

  • Reviews status of projects; manages schedules and prepares status reports.

  • Assesses project issues and works with the team to develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.

  • Communicates with stakeholders, obtains stakeholder engagement to ensure the end products or processes will solve the business problems.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years relevant program/project management experience

OR

Advanced Degree with 5+ years program/project management experience

Nice to Have


  • Program Management Qualification: PMP Certification

  • Medical device product development experience

  • Experience with software development processes: Agile

  • Strong track record of supporting and/or leading projects

  • Strong project management skills; knowledge of processes, tools and other project planning best practices
