Job Title:  Reconciliation Analyst

Job Location: Livonia, Michigan

We have an exciting opportunity for a Reconciliation Analyst to own and manage customer accounts’ reconciliation filing projects. You will manage multiple levels of customer interaction to meet the customer’s requirements and needs, also serve as a point of contact for the customer with U.S Customs and DHL internal business units. This position allows you to become a team member and work with a highly experienced recognized department in this niche field. This position will be based at our Livonia, MI. location. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to assume lead analysis position on bank of  customer accounts


• Cross training on all reconciliation department customer accounts


• Review and analysis of customer data provided for reconciliation projects


• Independent and team collaboration of resolutions for both reconciliation issues specific and general


• Implementation and operational use of all internal documented processes and procedures to meet customer needs/requirements


• Onsite training and utilization of DHL Global Forwarding Reconciliation proprieratory software programs and Reconciliation program  module


• Onsite training , understanding use and operational practice of regulatory US Customs ACE Reconciliation Program requirements/processes and procedures for compliant reconciliation filing

Skills / Requirements:

• High School Diploma


• Communication and customer service skills


• Proficient writing skills


• Strong analytical skills


• PC Microsoft office Literate
