Your Responsibilities

As a Software Analyst for John Deere in East Moline, IL, you will work on a services team and support systems and software utilized by our John Deere Dealers. The role relies on journey-levelknowledge and experience on dealer-facing applications, such as Service Advisor, CCMS, EUA, Warranty, etc. This role is expected to provide troubleshooting and solutions to solve complex issues.

What Skills You Need

• 2+ years proven knowledge of computer technology, methodology, and/or full life-cycle development
• 2+ years of technical knowledge related to applications development environment, database, data management and/or infrastructure, with capabilities to understand and resolve technical impediments
• 2+ years of experience working in a service desk or customer call center environment, with a strong focus on exceptional customer service / customer experience
• 2+ years of proven experience troubleshooting technical and business process related issues, ability to identify recurring or repetitive issues and drive issues to resolution
• 1+ years of experience with dealer business, parts, and service applications or processes
• Skilled in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution
• Proven experience working in a team environment within minimal supervision; team-oriented
• Eager to develop their talents and skills, as well as helping others build their knowledge and skills

What Makes You Stand Out

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum team environment
• Experience leveraging ITIL, LSM and/or DevOps principles and methodology.
• Experience working with Microsoft technology stack
• Understanding of various security frameworks and fundamentals, including Active Directory, MFA, etc.
• Proven understanding of .NET programming fundamentals
• Proven understanding of API development fundamentals

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, or related technical field
