Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Work with an agile team to design, develop and maintain software that are built on Microsoft technologies
Assist in collecting user requirements, development of requirements and time estimations.
Adhere to high quality principles while delivering solutions on time.
Participating in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code
Develop and implement testing models
Document results of tests on software programs
Find the most efficient and effective ways to solve complex problems
Provide support to clients as necessary.
Knowledge of the following programming technologies are recommended, but not required:
Exposure to Microsoft .NET development using C#
Exposure to web development using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript
Microsoft SQL Server
WIN32 API
Java

Ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in software development.
Demonstrate knowledge and skills in various programming languages
Demonstrate knowledge in source control platforms and familiarity with version control concepts
Experience using SQL to update and retrieve data
Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
