What Will Your Job Look Like?

The primary job function of the Support Representative is to complete various tasks that directly or indirectly support our customers.  The focus of the Support Representative will be to perform tasks that will support the Contact Center and have direct impact on service levels

This position will sit in Eugene, Oregon.

Responsibilities:


  • Assist in day-to-day completion of various tasks that include, but are not limited to, assisting with data entry, trip verification, and auditing of service

  • Provide top-quality customer experience to a diverse customer population 

  • Collaborate with internal and external departments, as needed, to support contract compliance for external provider training and compliance

  • Meet job specific key performance indicators and goals 

  • Recognize, handle and refer situations of an emergent nature to the appropriate position

  • Provide support on special projects as needed

All you need is...


  • High school diploma or GED 

  • Typing speed of 30 WPM or greater

  • Six months customer service or administrative experience preferred

  • Training experience preferred but not required
