• Contribute to the success of the Store Location by working with the team in support of General Manager’s direction.


• Helps to educate staff on product knowledge and supports ‘Just B’ behaviors with customer interactions


• Specializes in Skincare and cosmetics and supports customer engagement in these prestige categories

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Customer Experience

• Responsible for engaging and assisting customers, both within the makeup and skincare departments and throughout the retail floor.


• Ensure highest level of customer service resulting in increased productivity and achieving sales goals.


• Must be comfortable applying makeup, and touching skin.


• Serves as the makeup and skincare expert regarding department specifics, services, merchandise, and procedures.


• Inquires about the customer’s interest and motivates the customer’s interest by offering a product demonstration while describing the benefits and results to the customer


• Discovers the customer’s needs and suggest products that meet those needs based on their expertise and training.

   Training & Education
   
   
   • 
         Serves as the in-store educator for skincare & cosmetics
   
   
   •     Attends product knowledge in person and virtual trainings, shares take-aways and checks 
      for understanding.  
   
   
   •     Receives in-store education material, distributes to team members, speaks to product 
      knowledge and checks for understanding
   
   
   •     Works with new hires to become comfortable with skincare and cosmetics along with supporting their onboarding with product knowledge.
   
   

1. Store Duties

• Executes makeup and skincare merchandising planograms and operational functions to company standards.


• Assists in the flow of merchandise from stock areas to the selling floor.


• Responsible for the cleanliness of testers and tester needs, cleanliness of all fixtures in the makeup and skincare areas.


• Executes all merchandise presentation directives and standards. Assists with price changes, transfers and other paperwork as directed by Supervisor.

Prerequisites

• Retail or service sales experience required; prefer makeup/beauty sales experience.


• Excellent customer service, communication and organization skills


• Must have interest in the makeup and skincare categories.


• Training aspects of makeup and skincare a plus


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and utilize good judgment.


• Ability to build and maintain relationships


• Present a professional appearance and maintain Beauty Brands grooming standards and dress code.


• Ability to work nights and weekends
