Position Overview


The Senior Marketing Associate is accountable for the following:



  • Coordinates with Marketing Director to provide marketing support of sales/business development efforts for the various Alberici business units.

  • Independently manages the completion of pursuits, including prequalification questionnaires, proposals and client presentations.

  • Assists in the design of proposals and other marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Maintains historical project and personnel data in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) database.

  • Provides content development for external and internal corporate communications.

  • Manages submissions of award applications and surveys.

  • Assists in press release and advertising development, approval and distribution.

  • Assists in the maintenance of electronic collaborations sites for use by internal and external clients.

  • Assists in development and maintenance of social media profiles.

  • Conducts independent research efforts related to construction industry related market conditions.

  • Assists in training of new members of the marketing department.

  • Assists with organizing and/or administering trade show preparations.

  • Assists with maintaining stock of various proposal materials.

  • Assists with various “continuous improvement” initiatives of the marketing department.

Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, English, Graphic Design or related field from four-year college or university.

  • 5+ years’ related experience developing technical sales proposals and supporting graphics.

Skills



  • Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills.

  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite – especially InDesign.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite software applications.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining level of quality service.

  • Organizes and manages time, duties and activities efficiently.

  • Reads, analyzes and interprets common scientific and technical journals related to construction and marketing fields.

  • Effectively presents information to executive management, public groups and/or Board of Directors.
