Job Description:

Thinks, communicates and behaves as a cause-driven leader and role model for other staff and members when it comes to desired staff behaviors; promotes youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility in all job-related functions.
Manage the (re)design, launch, and ongoing maintenance of the employee intranet, external websites, apps and other digital products to engage, attract, and convert visitors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on website strategy, design, content, and execution of business objectives and priorities.
Design and update digital content on employee intranet, external website, mobile app and additional digital products.
Assist Marketing team members with additional design support for digital or print collateral.
Make majority of site content updates for internal stakeholders while ensuring consistent approach to design, UI/UX, SEO, and information architecture, as well as consistent training for other content owners and creators.
Be the expert resource and guide on overall website strategy; share marketplace trends and insights to improve usability and effectiveness of the site; create responsive landing pages and test them across browsers, operating systems, and devices to improve usability and increase conversion
Leverage Google Analytics and webmaster tools to monitor site performance and website traffic, irregularities, issues, trends and opportunities, in particular optimizing and improving SEO and SEM results and rankings.
Collaborate and assist with management of SEO strategy with Marketing team members; Maintain site health by ensuring proper internal link structure and implementing on-page optimization best practices.
Define, track, and improve site KPIs, while reporting up and across the organization on progress and gaps.

11. Develop a deep understanding of how users interact with the website and implement changes to improve UI/UX and conversion rate optimization (CRO); Recognize and define opportunities and tools for cross-selling and up-selling.
