Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Packaging Engineer to support the Kimberly Clark Professional Businesses globally as a part of the KCP Central R&D Team.
This role is critical in delivering new product solutions to fuel growth as well as implementing manufacturing optimization and brand maintenance programs to maintain competitive advantage through packaging design and materials. The incumbent will be a key contributor in commercializing new and updated product bundles and solutions, supporting the development of new and optimized packaging solutions. This position requires an individual with a passion for delivering products and solutions that meet both customers' and end-user needs. The ability to manage multiple projects and the flexibility to quickly change direction in response to changing business priorities is crucial. Responsibilities include:
