As a Sr. Management Consultant, you will have the opportunity to lead key client engagements across a range of topics including supply chain digital transformation projects.

What You Will Do In Your Role

• Design and execute staff engagement solutions to increase product delivery and value at high tech/Industrial sector.



• Provide expertise in training, staff engagement, project management, and problem-solving skills for comparable audiences.


• End to end supply chain capabilities and knowledge of processes - helping the team drive transformation enabling digital capabilities.


• Cross analytics and research include staff campaigns, research, training programs, employee conferences and sales support initiatives


• Lead project management for all delivery: Project planning, creative, content development, production, fulfillment, tracking, pre/post analysis


• Provides support in the development of new services or solutions


• Identifies client challenges and brings ideas on opportunities


• Manages time and controls own work effectively


• Ensures quality and timely delivery of deliverables


• Management of budget/profitability on deliverables


• Capable of managing multiple delivery projects simultaneously


• Establishes and leverages comprehensive knowledge of applicable analytical tools and techniques and identifies all relevant implications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree



• Consulting experience within Manufacturing and Supply Chain at high-tech and Industrial


• Experience with Project Implementation/Delivery

• Master's Degree or MBA



• Experience with business transformation, supply chain, or technology project delivery
