Primary Responsibilities:


  • Supervise multiple subcontracts to complete foundations, structural steel, piping, E&I, paint, insulation for a specified portion of the ISBL.

  • Functions as unit advisor; involved in daily operations only to resolve complex problems or meet schedules.

  • Responsible for constructability and construction input to design phase, and construction leadership.

  • Develops and establishes construction strategies: Develops construction schedule windows: Develops budgets into Phase II and III FEL activities: Performs sales presentations: Performs supervisory or management role during construction.

  • Accomplishes results through lower-level subordinate supervisors or experienced employees.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 15-20 years' experience in Heavy Industrial Construction with a strong background in large piping projects

  • Experience with complex petro-chemical or refinery projects

  • Piping experience required

  • Minimum 10 years in a supervisory role

  • Commitment to safety
