PAINTER

You are a perfectionist that will be the most critical of your own work. You will notice defects on surfaces that others stopped seeing long ago. You will be just as organized and clean when working in public areas as you are when you're in your paint shop.

What you will be doing:

• Guest room, public area and heart of house paint PM

• Wallpaper and wood surface repairs

• Furniture repair and maintenance

• Assist Engineers as needed including during emergencies

Your experience and skills include:

• Hotel experience preferred

• 2-5 yrs working for a paint or general contractor

• Ability to use work request software to receive all assignments
