Spectrum Paint is seeking applicants for the Full-time Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate position in Little Rock, AR (1800 N. Pierce). Store Hours: 7:00am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday and 8:00am - 4:00pm Saturday. Closed on Sundays. We are willing to train!

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver products to customers safely and efficiently using a company vehicle


• Follow designated routes and time schedules to ensure products are delivered in a timely manner


• Load and unload the delivery vehicle


• Accurately prepare delivery orders


• Process orders by mixing/tinting products to customer’s specifications


• Accurately identify and match paint colors


• Assist customers in the store and over the phone with orders and questions

• Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the products and services

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain an inventory log


• Maintain a safe and clean warehouse by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and other spaces organized


• Collaborate with coworkers and managers to maintain a smooth workflow


• Other duties assigned by management

Full-time employees average 40 hours per week. 

• Must be punctual, attendance is very important!


• Must be 18 years of age or older.


• Valid driver's license required and must be able to drive a vehicle safely.


• Must be a team player and demonstrate positive teamwork skills and multitasking.


• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.


• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.


• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds frequently.


• Basic computer skills and math skills.


• Must be able to distinguish the difference between colors.


• High school diploma or comparable certification (GED)


• Bilingual preferred but not required - (Spanish/English)


• Prior experience in delivery, retail sales, cashiering, or customer service position a plus but not required.

Candidates must be able to pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) check as applicable for the role.

This job does require the ability to stand, stoop, kneel, bend, grip, reach overhead, lift, climb stairs, walk, and carry products, at times, on uneven ground.

Experience in any of the following fields is ideal, however, we are willing to train: paint industry, construction, or experience with architectural, commercial, or industrial coatings.
